Jefferies raised its price target on Buy-rated Alcatel-Lucent (NYSE: ALU) from $7.10 to $8.00 following better-than-expected Q1 results.
The firm noted, "Srength in Q1 margins and the re-affirmation of 2011 margin guidance underscores our positive thesis around EVDO Rev A / HSPA+ software growth and wireless data growth in general."
