VimpelCom Ltd. (NYSE: VIP) has declared its final dividend related to 2010 results.
The dividend, of $0.15 per ADS, will be paid June 30, 2011, to holders of record as of June 1, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of May 27, 2011.
The total final dividend payment will be approximately $244 million.
