The ADP report comes ahead of the Bureau of Labor Statistics nonfarm payroll data, to be released Friday, which include statistics of government workers.
Economists expect a rise of 144,000 jobs in November, which may be adjusted following the better-than-expected ADP report. The unemployment rate is expected to remain flat at 9.6 percent for November.
