Allscripts (MDRX) Prices 27M Common Offering at $17.05/Share

Allscripts-Misys Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: MDRX) today announced that certain wholly-owned subsidiaries of Misys plc, Allscripts' majority stockholder, have priced their previously announced underwritten public offering of 27,000,000 shares of common stock (2,000,000 more than previously announced) at a public offering price of $17.05 per share. The offering includes an option for the underwriters to purchase up to 4,050,000 additional shares from the selling stockholders to cover over-allotments, if any.

Allscripts did not sell any shares in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the offering.

Credit Suisse, Barclays Capital, J.P. Morgan and UBS Investment Bank are acting as joint book-running managers of the offering.
