Ancestry.com Inc. (Nasdaq: ACOM) announced that they have priced a 3,795,955 common secondary offering at $26 per share.
Morgan Stanley and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as joint book-running managers and representatives of the underwriters for the offering. Citi, Jefferies & Company and Piper Jaffray are acting as co-managers. In addition, for up to 30 days, the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters the right to purchase up to an additional 569,393 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments.
