Global Partner (GLP) Announces 3.4M Common Unit Offering

Global Partners LP (NYSE: GLP) today announced that it plans to offer, subject to market and other conditions, 3,400,000 common units representing limited partner interests in Global Partners LP through an offering registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. In connection with the offering, Global Partners LP expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 510,000 common units to cover over-allotments, if any. Global Partners LP intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to reduce indebtedness outstanding under its credit agreement.

Barclays Capital and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as joint book-running managers of the common unit offering. Credit Suisse and RBC Capital Markets are acting as co-managers.
