After the close Friday, Radiant Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: RADS) filed to offer up to $150 million in various securities on form S-3 with the SEC.
The primary offering of $135 million could include common stock, preferred stock, warrants on common and preferred and units. The secondary offering of $15 million will include common stock.
