ServiceSource (SREV) Files $180M Common Shelf

ServiceSource International, Inc. (Nasdaq: SREV), filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to sell, from time to time, up to $180 million of Common Stock.

The offering may be made through ServiceSource or Selling Shareholders.

Managers on the offering include Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Willian Blair, JMP Securities, Lazard Capital, Piper Jaffray, Oppenheimer, Wells Fargo, and Credit Agricole.
