Spansion (CODE) Files 6.75M Common Shelf

Spansion, Inc. (NYSE: CODE) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to sell, from time to time, up to 6,750,000 shares of Common Stock. With shares closing at $14.79 on September 16, 2010, the value of the shelf is about $100 million.

Joint book-runners on the offering are Morgan Stanley and Barclays Capital.
