TCF Financial Corporation (NYSE: TCB) has commenced a $200 million common stock offering.
TCF intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15 percent of the amount sold to cover over-allotments, if any. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley are acting as joint book-running managers. RBC Capital Markets will serve as co-manager.
