World Fuel Services Corporation (NYSE: INT) announced that they have priced an 8 million common offering at $25.00 per common share.
INT has granted underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 shares to cover any over-allotments.
The Company expects to receive net proceeds, after deducting the underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses, of approximately $190 million from the offering, or $219 million if the underwriters exercise their over-allotment option in full.
Joint book-runners are BofA/Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan.
