US Intercepts 2 Flights Carrying Packages with Explosives

President Obama has just announced that flights from Yemen and Dubai were intercepted as they were carrying packages which contained explosive devices. Obama said the packages were being directed at Jewish institutions located in Chicago.
Obama called the news "a credible terrorist threat against our country."
The administration has said that there have been no discussions about raising the US's terror threat level.
Stocks in the Defense sector do not seem to be moving on the news.
