Argos Therapeutics (ARGS) Files $86.25M IPO

Argos Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARGS), filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $86.25 million. Argos plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "ARGS."

The offering is being made through Lazard Capital Markets, Canaccord Genuity, Needham & Company, LLC, and BMO Capital Markets.

Argos is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of fully personalized immunotherapies for the treatment of cancer and infectious diseases based on its proprietary technology platform called Arcelis.
