Brightstar, Inc. (Nasdaq: STAR) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering amount is $300 million. Brightstar Corp. filed to list on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker "STAR."
The offering is being made through Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan, Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse, Jefferies, RBC Capital Markets, and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel.
Brightstar is a global services company focused on enhancing the performance and profitability of the key participants in the wireless device value chain: manufacturers, operators, retailers and enterprises.
