Controversial File-Sharing Site Xunlei Ltd. (XNET) Files $200M IPO

Xunlei Limited (Nasdaq: XNET) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $200 million. Xunlei filed to list on the Nasdaq Global Select under the ticker "XNET."

The offering is being made through J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank Securities, Cowen and Company, Needham & Company, LLC, and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel.

Xunlei Limited is a consumer internet platform for digital media content in China.
