Digital Cinema Destinations (DCIN) Files $23M IPO

Digital Cinema Destinations Corp. (Nasdaq: DCIN), filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $23 million. Digital Cinema plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker "DCIN."

The offering is being made through Dominick & Dominick.

Digital Cinema Destinations Corp., a Delaware corporation organized on July 29, 2010, and its subsidiaries comprise a fast-growing motion picture exhibitor dedicated to transforming movie theatres into digital entertainment centers.
