Dynamic Offshore Resources, Inc. (NYSE: DOR), filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $400 million. Dynamic Offshore plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "DOR."
The offering is being made through Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities, Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co., and UBS Investment Bank.
