Genomatica, Inc. (Nasdaq: GENO), filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $100 million. Genomatica plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker "GENO."
The offering is being made through Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Jefferies, Piper Jaffray, and Raymond James.
