Northern Tier Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NTI), filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $200 million. Northern Tier plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "NTI."
The offering is being made through Goldman, Sachs & Co., BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank Securities, J.P. Morgan, and Macquarie Capital.
Northern Tier is an independent downstream energy company with refining, retail and pipeline operations that serve the PADD II region of the United States.
