Rentech Nitrogen Partners (RNE) Files $250M IPO
Rentech Nitrogen Partners, L.P. (NYSE: RNE), filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $250 million. Rentech plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "RNE."
The offering is being made through Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse.
Rentech is a Delaware limited partnership formed in July 2011 by Rentech (NYSE: RTK), a publicly traded provider of clean energy solutions and nitrogen fertilizer, to own, operate and grow our nitrogen fertilizer business.
