Smith Electric Vehicles Corp. (Nasdaq: SMTH) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum price is $125 million. Smith EV plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker, "SMTH."
The offering is being made through UBS Investment Bank, and BofA Merrill Lynch.
