Trustwave Files $100M IPO

Trustwave Holdings, Inc. filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Intitial Public Offering of Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $100 million.

The offering is being made through Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Barclays Capital, William Blair & Co., and BMO Capital Markets.

Trustwave is a provider of on-demand data security compliance solutions that enable businesses and other organizations of all sizes to efficiently achieve and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
