Bankers Set to Meet With Obama

All eyes will be on bank stocks today as the chiefs of the U.S.'s top banks are meeting with President Barack Obama later today. Obama will discuss the administration's ongoing efforts to shore up the financial system.

Executives from Bank of America (NYSE: BAC), Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS), Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS), JP Morgan (NYSE: JPM), Wells Fargo (NYSE: WFC) and Citigroup (NYSE: C) are expected to attend the meeting.

Many banks stocks have doubled from multi-year lows levels, but traded flat to modestly lower yesterday.
