Capital One (COF) Rockets Higher Toward The Close

After trading flat-to-slightly higher earlier shares of Capital One Financial Corp. (NYSE: COF) are rocketing higher in the last few hours of trading. The stock is now up 16%. President Obama met with executives of credit card companies earlier and was calling for reform from the industry.

Earlier comments on the stress tests from KBW, they said Capital One can avoid a capital raise even in an adverse scenario.
