On Tuesday of this week, Doug Kass wrote on Real Money's The Edge that he bought a "ton of Citigroup (NYSE: C) and Bank of America (NYSE: BAC)." Buying financials was another deft call by Kass. Since the time that he wrote his post, Citigroup is up 8% while Bank of America is up over 11%
Kass said the negativity bubble was expanding, which he felt was a positive for equities in the intermediate term. Here is an excerpt from what Kass said, "Listen to CNBC -- utter skepticism and disbelief that stocks can ever rally. But look at those financials."
