Jim Cramer Ends Chairman Role at TheStreet.com (TST)
Jim Cramer is stepping down as the Chairman of TheStreet.com (Nasdaq: TST) and will be replaced by Christopher P. (Woody) Marshall.
Cramer, who recently entered a new 3-year deal with the company, will remain on the Board of Directors and will continue in his editorial role.
Cramer said, "I am thrilled to be handing this post to Woody, who knows our business well and I am confident will make an outstanding Chairperson."
Marshall currently serves as a General Partner at Technology Crossover Ventures, a $7.7 billion private equity and venture capital firm.
