NetScout Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: NTCT) today announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire privately held FoxReplay BV, a subsidiary of Fox-IT.
Financial terms of the transaction are undisclosed. The acquisition is subject to various standard closing conditions and is expected to be completed early in the third quarter of the company’s fiscal year 2012. The transaction is expected to have insignificant impact on earnings per share in fiscal 2012, and to be accretive in fiscal 2013 and beyond, on both a GAAP and non-GAAP basis.
