Jefferies assumes coverage on FreightCar America (NASDAQ: RAIL) with a Buy rating and $30 price target.
The firm said, "We believe the railcar industry is in a multi-year upcycle, and that RAIL's valuation on peak-cycle earnings power suggests further upside in the stock."
They see $4.00-$4.50 of peak cycle earnings power.
