Backed by over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications, B2B commerce, and technology industries, and having held senior leadership positions in leading companies, James will be responsible for service delivery across all of Avotus’ delivery centers. James will work closely with Avotus Operations and Engagement Management teams onshore and offshore to improve customer satisfaction levels.
