Baker Makes Appointments within the Finance Group
PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Michael Baker Corporation (NYSE Amex: BKR) announced today the following appointments in its Finance Department.
Todd E. Lynn, CPA, has been appointed as vice president and controller of the Federal Segment. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing financial results, budgeting and forecasting for the Federal Segment of the business.
Anthony M. Machi, CPA, has been appointed to the role of assistant vice president and director of Governmental and Financial Compliance. He is responsible for overseeing Baker’s governmental compliance as it relates to Federal Acquisition Regulations and Cost Accounting Standards, as well as maintaining oversight related to the company’s financial compliance initiative.
David P. Dawson, CMA, has been appointed to the role of Business Management Group Lead. He is responsible for overseeing project accounting for both the Transportation and Federal Segments of the business.
