CHS Annual Meeting Dec. 7-8

CHS Inc. (Nasdaq: CHSCP) will hold its annual meeting Dec. 7 and 8 at the Minneapolis (Minn.) Convention Center. "How can we help you grow?" is the theme of the meeting. The meeting includes board and management reports on 2011 fiscal results and operational highlights. A member question/answer session, board elections and other business will also take place during the meeting.

Breakout sessions with the three major CHS business operations, Energy, Ag Business and Business Solutions, will be offered at 1, 2 and 3 p.m.

Thursday, Dec. 8

• General session featuring board, management and financial reports and a member interaction session begins at 8:30 a.m.
• Business meeting begins at 3 p.m.
