Colorado Association Services Announces Staff Promotions

FORT COLLINS, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Colorado Association Services, an Associa company, is proud to announce multiple promotions among its corporate office staff. Todd Larson has been named Branch Manager for the Fort Collins team, Trey Carroll has been named Director of Maintenance and Briana Lasher has been promoted to Community Association Manager.

Larson has nearly 10 years of management experiences and will bring with him that knowledge as he takes over the Fort Collins office. Larson will be responsible for all operation aspects of the branch, including the Homeowners Association and Rental Property Management division.

Carroll’s duties as Director of Maintenance will include servicing all properties statewide. He has provided valuable guidance to managers and staff alike and will bring these attributes with him as he begins oversight of the client maintenance division.

Lasher’s new role has assigned her a portfolio of various clients including those in Wyoming. Community Manger Chad Young, along with Carroll, a Senior Manager, will provide support to Lasher as she becomes familiar with her portfolio.

Additionally, veteran manager Pamela Falbo joined the staff as a Community Manager and will be taking over a diverse portfolio of clients. Falbo brings with her a solid experience in the industry and holds her CMCA and AMS designations.
