ExactTarget Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- ExactTarget, a global provider of cross-channel interactive marketing solutions, announced today it has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not been determined.

J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank Securities and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel will serve as joint book-runners for the offering, with RBC Capital Markets, Pacific Crest Securities, Canaccord Genuity and Raymond James acting as co-managers.
