Fitch Downgrades Alpine Securitization Corp. to 'F1sf'

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fitch Ratings has downgraded the ratings assigned to Alpine Securitization Corp. to 'F1sf' from 'F1+sf', and removed it from Rating Watch Negative.

This action follows Fitch's December 15 rating actions taken on the short-term rating assigned to Credit Suisse which provides liquidity support to the asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP) program.

The following ABCP conduit rating is downgraded to 'F1sf' from 'F1+sf':
