NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fitch Ratings has withdrawn the 'F1+sf' rating assigned to the asset backed commercial paper notes (ABCP) issued by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.'s Falcon Asset Securitization Company LLC (Falcon). The action follows the program's merger with another JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. sponsored vehicle, Chariot Funding LLC. All outstanding Falcon ABCP has been repaid.
