Gendis Inc. Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

WINNIPEG, MANITOBA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 12/09/11 -- The Board of Directors of Gendis Inc. (TSX: GDS) has today declared that a regular quarterly dividend of 2.5 cents per share upon the outstanding Common shares in the capital stock of the Corporation be payable January 6, 2012, to shareholders of record as at the close of business on December 23, 2011.

This dividend is designated an "other than eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
