Gentex Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

ZEELAND, MI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/22/11 -- Gentex Corporation (NASDAQ: GNTX), the Zeeland, Michigan-based manufacturer of automatic-dimming rearview mirrors and camera-based lighting-assist features for the automotive industry, commercial fire protection products and dimmable aircraft windows, today announced that its Board of Directors recently declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 (12 cents) per share that will be payable January 20, 2012, to shareholders of record of the common stock at the close of business on January 6, 2012.
