Helios High Yield Fund Monthly Dividend Declaration

NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 12/02/11 -- Helios High Yield Fund (NYSE: HHY) (the "Fund") today announced that its Board of Trustees declared a monthly dividend of $0.075 per share, payable on December 29, 2011 to shareholders of record on December 16, 2011. The ex-dividend date is December 14, 2011. Based on the NYSE closing price of $9.19 on December 1, 2011, the Fund's annualized dividend yield is 9.79%.
