TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/18/11 -- INCOME FINANCIAL TRUST ("INCOME FINANCIAL") declares its variable monthly distribution of $0.05745 per unit, or 8.5% annually based on the October 31, 2011 net asset value of $8.11. The distribution is payable December 9, 2011 to shareholders on record as of November 30, 2011.

Income Financial unitholders have received a total of $24.43 per unit in distributions since inception, inclusive of this distribution.
