Bar Method Salt Lake City's owner Carrie Seamons Goodwin took her first Bar Method class with founder Burr Leonard five years ago at the San Francisco [Marina] flagship studio. She trained with Burr and received her teacher certification in May 2011. Carrie left her sales career and will now merge her business degree and sales and marketing experience with her Bar Method passion to build a Bar Method community in Salt Lake City. She lives with her husband and three daughters just a few minutes from the new studio. "Having grown up in Utah, I'm engrossed in the community.
