PARIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- An interim dividend payment of €0.80 per share will be paid on Friday, December 2, 2011.

The ex-dividend date is Tuesday, November 29, 2011 in the morning. The last trading day with interim dividend rights is Monday, November 28, 2011.
