Publicis Groupe Composition of the Management Board

At its meeting on November 29 under the presidency of Elisabeth Badinter, the Supervisory Board of Publicis Groupe [EURONEXT Paris : FR0000130577] examined among other issues the composition of the Groupe's Management Board, since the mandates of all its members will expire at the end of the month.

At the proposal of the Nominating Committee, and in accordance with relevant legislation, the Supervisory Board unanimously decided a new four-year period mandate for all current members of the Management Board of Publicis Groupe:

Maurice Lévy, Chairman and CEO of Publicis Groupe, Jean-Yves Naouri, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Chairman of Publicis Worldwide, Jean-Michel Etienne, Executive Vice President - Chief Financial Officer of Publicis Groupe, Jack Klues, CEO of VivaKi and Kevin Roberts, CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide.
