NXP Semi (NXPI) Increases Common Buyback Plan to 8M Common

NXP Semiconductors N.V. (NASDAQ: NXPI) announced today that its Board of Directors resolved to increase the number of shares to be repurchased under its stock repurchase plan as announced on July 29, 2011, from 5,000,000 shares to 8,000,000 shares.
