BofA (BAC) Falls Below $5

Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) has fallen below the psychologically important $5 level. Shares last traded at $4.99.

Earlier there were reports that the Federal Reserve would back the higher capital level requirements coming from Basel. BofA may be subject to a extra 2% capital buffer, according to preliminary estimates.
